Jim Meier is known statewide for his knowledge and tireless advocacy in workers' compensation law. He represents some of the largest employers in the state, has helped thousands of individuals obtain fair settlements, and is the only lawyer in Rock County recognized in Best Lawyers in America and by SuperLawyers for workers’ compensation.

Jim Wickhem is certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He has secured millions of dollars in personal injury settlements and verdicts. Jim has written articles and taught State Bar CLE courses on plaintiff representation, and was chosen by the Wisconsin Supreme Court to serve on a board evaluating ethical violations by Wisconsin attorneys.

Terry Lyons is a certified Civil Trial Specialist representing both plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury and civil litigation, practicing in both plaintiff representation and insurance defense in personal injury and civil litigation. He has lectured on trial practice at the UW Law School and presented CLE courses on litigation.

Mark Schulz has a background in civil litigation, and has over 25 years of experience representing individuals and businesses in real estate transactions (residential and commercial), business law, estate planning and estate administration. He has also lectured at CLEs on ethics and negotiation.

Mr. Wickhem, Mr. Lyons and Mr. Meier have practiced together for 25 years. All three have been recognized by peers as Super Lawyers. Mr. Schulz joined the firm in 1998 after working with the team in the early '80s.
